1. Who We Are

2. Definitions
- Client, you: the person or entity making an enquiry or requesting a booking, including passengers or authorised representatives.
- Services: private chauffeur transport, airport transfers, and corporate rides, plus any related services we provide.
- Vehicle: a vehicle operated by us or on our behalf to deliver the Services.
- Site: our website and any form or channel we provide to accept enquiries or booking requests.
3. Using Our Site
- Information on the Site is general and may change without notice. We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee completeness.
- Submitting a booking request via the Site constitutes an offer to purchase Services. We may accept or reject any request at our discretion.
- You must provide accurate, current information and are responsible for activity performed under your name or organisation.
4. Enquiries, Bookings & Confirmations
- Any indicative pricing discussed before confirmation is based on the trip details you provide. Tolls, parking, additional stops or route changes may alter the final amount.
- A booking is confirmed when we send written confirmation (e.g., email). Until then, vehicle availability is not guaranteed.
- Please review your confirmation carefully and notify us promptly of any errors.
5. Pricing & Surcharges
- Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST where applicable.
- Additional charges may apply for: reasonable waiting time, additional stops or route changes, toll roads, airport parking fees, late-night pickups, cleaning (e.g., spills/soiling), and any damage caused by a passenger to the Vehicle.
- We will advise you of foreseeable surcharges where practical. Actual charges are based on work performed.
6. Payment Terms
- Payment is due on completion of the trip unless otherwise agreed in writing (e.g., an approved corporate account).
- We accept the payment methods advised at or before the trip. For corporate accounts, payment terms and late-fee policies will be stated on invoices.
7. Changes, Delays & No-Shows
- If you need to modify a confirmed booking, contact us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may affect pricing.
- We monitor traffic and flight data where feasible but cannot guarantee arrival times due to events outside our reasonable control (traffic, accidents, road closures, weather).
- Reasonable waiting periods are included at pickup; additional waiting time may be charged in increments according to our current rates.
8. Passenger Conduct & Safety
- Seat belts must be worn at all times where fitted. Child restraints must meet legal requirements; please request these in advance if required.
- No smoking or vaping in Vehicles. Food and drink are at the driver’s discretion.
- For safety, drivers may refuse carriage to any person who is abusive, intoxicated, or poses a risk to safety or comfort.
9. Accessibility
We strive to accommodate accessibility needs where possible. Please advise any specific requirements at the time of enquiry or booking so we can confirm availability.
10. Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, loss of opportunity, loss of profit, or missed connections resulting from delays outside our reasonable control.
- Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Where the ACL applies and liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to resupplying the Services or paying the cost of having the Services supplied again.
11. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, public emergencies, pandemics, strikes, power or telecom failures, or major traffic incidents.
12. Third-Party Operators
On occasion we may engage vetted affiliate operators to deliver part or all of a trip. These terms continue to apply and we remain your primary point of contact.
13. Privacy
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy (available on the Site). By using the Site or Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described there.
14. Website Content & Intellectual Property
- All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, images) is owned by or licensed to us and protected by law. You must not copy, adapt, or redistribute Site content without permission except as allowed by law.
- Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest changes. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes take effect indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
